This revamped program delivers optimised coverage, ensuring comprehensive protection for your consignments while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Updates to the FreightGuard Warranty Program
Since its introduction in March 2014, the FreightGuard Warranty Program has been a trusted safeguard for clients against loss or damage during transit. To better align with current market demands and client expectations, we are introducing two updated tiers of coverage:
1. FreightGuard Lite Warranty:
- Coverage of up to R 3000.00 (including VAT) per consignment.
- Mandatory fee of R 10.00 (exclusive of VAT) per consignment.
2. FreightGuard Standard Warranty:
- Enhanced coverage of up to R 7500.00 (including VAT) per consignment.
- Additional fee of R 20.00 (exclusive of VAT) per consignment.
Clients can easily upgrade to the FreightGuard Standard Warranty for additional protection by completing the FreightGuard Service Warranty Registration Form.
